Terms of Service

These terms explain how TopRankArena works and what you agree to when you browse the site or purchase a sponsored ranking position.

1. The service

TopRankArena is a public directory and sponsored leaderboard. A paid position changes the display order of an eligible listing for a category; it is not an endorsement, guarantee of traffic, guarantee of sales, or promise of a particular search or social-media ranking.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit the URL you provide. You may not use the service to promote malware, phishing, fraud, spam, illegal goods or services, hateful or abusive content, or anything that infringes another person's rights.

3. Listings and review

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your URL and listing. We may refuse, pause, remove, or reject a listing that violates these terms, the Listing Rules, or applicable law. A listing may be removed without refund when the removal is caused by the buyer's content or conduct.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials. A listing becomes active after our server verifies the payment. You authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout for the selected position.

5. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please check the URL, category, and amount before completing payment.

6. Intellectual property and links

TopRankArena's design, software, and branding belong to their respective owners. Submitted destination URLs remain the responsibility of their owners. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the board.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, TopRankArena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost traffic, or changes in a listing's position.

8. Changes and contact
