This policy describes the information TopRankArena uses to operate the public board, process payments, and respond to support requests.

Information you provide

When you submit a listing, we collect the destination URL, category, listing details, and the payment order reference. PayPal may provide payer name, payer email, payer ID, capture ID, amount, and payment status after a transaction. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security systems may process browser, device, approximate location, request, and IP-derived information for reliability, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and security logs. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed rather than stored as raw IP addresses.

How we use information

We use information to display eligible listings, verify and reconcile payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell payer information.

Public listings

Active listings are public. Their title, category, destination URL, image, and paid position may be visible to anyone. Do not submit private or confidential information as a listing.

Service providers and retention

We use infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Supabase, and PayPal to host the service, store records, and process payments. We retain transaction and audit records as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.
