Terms of Service
These terms explain how TopRankArena works and what you agree to when you browse the site or pay to claim the #1 rank in a category.
1. The service
TopRankArena is a public leaderboard. Any listing can be claimed or raised for at least $15, and it competes for its position — including #1 — against every other paid listing in its category. This is a paid listing, not an endorsement, guarantee of traffic, guarantee of sales, or promise of a particular search or social-media ranking.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit the URL you provide. You may not use the service to list or promote:
- Sexual, pornographic, or adult-platform content.
- Chat, invite, or messaging-group links, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, or Signal.
- A link-shortener or redirect used to hide the real destination.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or a site whose primary purpose is to deceive visitors.
- Offers that require a license we cannot verify, including certain financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related offers.
- Counterfeit goods or content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or company, or a listing claimed on behalf of a competitor without authorization.
- Hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal content.

3. Listings and review
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your URL and listing. The destination you list must show valid, current contact or operator details identifying who is responsible for it; listings we cannot reasonably verify may be refused or removed. We may refuse, pause, remove, or reject a listing that violates these terms, the Listing Rules, or applicable law, including in response to a rights holder's complaint or a platform's complaint, or where we believe a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. A listing may be removed without refund when the removal is caused by the buyer's content or conduct.
4. Your warranties
By submitting a URL or completing a payment, you represent that: you own the destination or are authorized to list it; the destination complies with applicable law; you are not impersonating another person, brand, or company; the destination is not malware, phishing, or a scam; and the information you provide is accurate and kept accurate.
5. Payments
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT) via NOWPayments. We do not receive or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. A listing becomes active, or a rank changes, only after our server verifies the payment on the blockchain. You authorize the exact crypto amount shown at checkout to claim or raise your listing's position in the selected category. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once sent.
6. Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please check the URL, category, and amount before completing payment.
7. Intellectual property and links
TopRankArena's design, software, and branding belong to their respective owners. Submitted destination URLs remain the responsibility of their owners. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the board.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, TopRankArena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost traffic, or being outranked.
9. Changes and contact
